1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hgvg platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment systems, and customer support channels — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and hgvg (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree to any provision contained in these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hgvg platform and close your account. Continued use of the hgvg platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must not have been previously excluded from the hgvg platform or have had a previous account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

hgvg reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within 7 days of a request will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the hgvg platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account with hgvg, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to keep this information up to date by notifying hgvg of any changes promptly.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

hgvg operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Players will be required to submit identification documents — such as a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence — and proof of address before any withdrawal is processed. hgvg reserves the right to request further documentation at any stage of the account relationship.

3.3 One Account Per Household

Only one active hgvg account is permitted per household, IP address, shared computer, shared network, or payment method. Where hgvg identifies multiple accounts associated with the same household or payment method, all accounts except the earliest registered account may be suspended pending investigation.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hgvg account credentials, including your username and password. hgvg will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hgvg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposits

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your hgvg account within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits made via bank transfer or card may take up to 24 hours. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the hgvg platform cashier at the time of transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• hgvg does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated funds returned to the source.
• hgvg does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one (1) business day. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. hgvg reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.2 Bonus Abuse

hgvg actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedged bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, and collusion between players to exploit promotional mechanics. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom voided, and the account may be permanently closed.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the hgvg platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology and, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes overseen by professional dealers.

• hgvg does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed during the affected round will be refunded to the player's account balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the hgvg platform using automated bots, scripts, or any software that simulates human interaction.

• Colluding with other players or hgvg employees to gain an unfair advantage.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the hgvg platform — including but not limited to the hgvg brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of hgvg or its licensed content providers. No part of the hgvg platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of hgvg.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hgvg platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data mining, scraping, or systematic extraction of platform content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hgvg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, whether resulting from skill, chance, or a combination thereof.

hgvg's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their hgvg account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
